All co-location hosting solutions are subject to a 3 month contract and a setup fee of £149.99, there is no setup fee for additional equipment.
In late March we had to urgently move our hardware from one supplier to Cube Media Solutions because of the liquidation of our old ISP. The support team were outstanding, very understanding and helped us get all of our kit into their racks in Redbus with minimal hassle.
Amazingly the team helped us move the kit with NO downtime, the move was completely seemless. I personally got to travel to the datacentre to take the hardware to the team and it was configured there and then to go straight into the rack.
