Overview
Our network is concentrated at our network operations centre in Redbus Docklands. This connects our clients to the nerve centre of the Internet.
To accompany the quality of service offered by the Redbus facility in physical security and environment, we are taking advantage of the high speed connections available at the site with the trusted brands of hardware. With a direct relationship in a carrier-neutral datacentre, we provide a stable long term solution not reliant on a single provider.
We have connections to several transit providers and exchange points to ensure the consitancy and quality of service you expect. We have direct or indirect connections to Telia, LINX, BBNPlanet, MFN and Lipex to provide over 420MB/sec of available bandwidth. All our connections are fed into a Cisco 7206VXR router which uses BGP4 to ensure your data always takes the shortest fastest route to your client.

Server Specifications
All our servers are Dell Poweredge Rackmounts, we do not use white box or unbranded servers. These servers have a proven record of reliability helping us provide a more consistant service, in the rare event of a hardware issue every server is covered by a 4hr response warranty to ensure a quick resolution to any issues. Servers are also monitored 24x7 and an engineer alerted within minutes to any problems.
