Web Hosting Terms & Conditions
  1. You will not use the webspace provided by Cube Media for storage of any of the following data. If you are found to have broken this rule your account will be terminated immediately. Any image or material that could be considered illegal or offensive under current UK law.
    • Music or Movies (Unless you can prove you own it or the rights to distribute it)
    • Warez, Cracks, ISO's
    • Adult Material
    • Other copyrighted material unless permission has been granted
  2. You will not use the email accounts provided our the servers as a whole, for unwanted bulk messages, which also goes under the name of spam. You also agree that you not send any offensive messages that could result in legal action against yourselves. You will be solely responsible for any type of action arising from messages that are sent via the email servers.
  3. You will agree not to execute any script or any other type of code that may cause damage to computers or to those of Cube Media.
  4. If you open a paid account with us, your account will run for 12 months from the date at which we receive your payment. On the anniversary of this account setup a renewal fee will become due. Cube Media will advise you of the total amount due to extend your hosting for a further 12 month period.
  5. If you choose to register a domain name through Cube Media, we will settle all fees associated with registration for the first 2 years, or a longer time by arrangement. Thereafter you will be responsible for any charges arising.
  6. You accept that Cube Media may charge additional fees if your site exceeds acceptable traffic levels. You will be advised if your site does so. This also includeds ftp usage, ftp accounts are for your personal usage and should not be given out. If you use unacceptable levels of ftp transfer we many introduce a limit on your account, you will be informed if it does so.
  7. You may not resell any space that Cube Media provides to you, unless you have a prior agreement to do so.
  8. You accept that Cube Media may cease any of your hosting accounts, at anytime with a full one weeks notice.
  9. If you wish to close your account within the first 30 days you may do so and recieve a full refund (except domain name registry fees) after 30 days you can cancel your account but are not entitled to a refund of any sort unless your account is not functioning as described when sold and all refunds will be at the discression of Cube Media.
  10. Prices are subject to chage without notice. This will not affect the customers who bought hosting at an earlier price until their 12 month period is over, at which up to date renewal fee will be charged if they choose to contine with their account. Prices and specifications are exclusive of errors and ommisions.
  11. The customer has the right to cancel within seven days of their contract with Cube Media. If you do cancel your order, you will recieve a full refund of the paid price. If you wish to cancel your order please submit a support ticket via support.cube-media.com stating your username.

These terms and conditions apply to all chargable accounts setup with Cube Media. We reserve the right to add or amend these details at any time and without notice.
