| Low | Web Hosting & Account Queries - If you have a general question or query relating to your existing web hosting account which is not currently affecting the level of service being received. Also including queries regarding Cube Media's network or server supports. |

| Medium | General Support - Queries about your web hosting including web site configuration, problems accessing services such as ftp or mail. Also includes administration or queries relating to you web hosting account or billing. |
| High | Important Support - Issues with more urgency than the general support priority. Typical issues would relate to the running of your web site such as intermittent access to databases, ftp, mail or www. |
| Critical | Emergency Support - This priority should ONLY be used when you have an emergency issue such as a web site down. Any support requests deemed not to be critical shall have their priorities changed. Please use this priority wisely. |
